Dear Cathy, 

Noel looks cute in this outfit. Look how baggy it still is, and she is not a small baby. 
Her height is on the 97 percentile here in the U.S, her weight on the 50 percentile.

Noel is a completely "half and half". She definitely takes on the American skin, 
height and hair!! Very little hair. No hair cut because there is nothing to be cut, hahh! 

I hope sooo much Clyde can take her pictures, he is a GREAT photographer!
